Privacy Notice

About this document

This privacy notice is meant for the users of our website and recipients of our marketing communications. It also applies to the subscribers who signed up for our newsletter, download our on-demand materials (e-books, webinar recordings, etc.), and users who are interested in our services and contact us through the registration forms that we provide (e.g. contact form).

Data Controller

Your personal data is collected by the Marketing and Sales team of the Infopulse Group of companies (hereinafter – the Infopulse Group), which has offices in many countries of the EU/EEA and outside. Your personal data will then be processed by one of our companies depending on your geographic location. You will be additionally informed about the entity that processes your data during the first contact.

The Marketing and Sales team of the Infopulse Group is located within Infopulse Ukraine LCC with the main address: Business Centre Kyiv, Podil Heritage, 28/12 Verkhnii Val st., 04071, Kyiv, Ukraine and within Infopulse Poland with the main address: Lodz, Business center REACT, Marszalka J. Pilsudskiego 24 ave., 90-051, Poland.

Infopulse Ukraine LCC is the main contact entity for any questions, claims, and requests related to your personal data.

Purpose and legal basis of collecting personal data

We need your personal information to contact you back and send you marketing communications, whitepapers, eBooks, webinar recordings, and case studies about our professional services if you are interested in those. We can do that with your consent (e.g., when you consent to receive the Newsletter by filling out our website Contact Us form) or in our legitimate interest in business development but asking for your consent for further communication.

We also process personal data in our legitimate interest for marketing purposes:

Categories of personal data

The maximum scope of personal data we obtain from you is your first and last names, business or personal email, phone number, company name, and job title. This does not exclude the possibility of processing other personal data of yours that you voluntarily provide to us and which is relevant to the fulfillment of the processing purposes.

Photo and video recordings: if you take part in an event organized by us, we can also process your photo and recordings of your participation.

Data sharing and disclosure

Sharing data with Infopulse affiliates

Your data will be accessed by the Marketing and Sales teams of the following Infopulse affiliates (including Infopulse affiliates located in third countries):

All sharing of data is executed following the Intragroup Data Processor Agreement, Code of Conduct, and additional safeguards established in the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by Commission Implementing Decision 2021/914 (SCC) as required by the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Retention period

We will only retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal claims.

Depending on the purpose of processing your personal data, we keep your data:

We do not tend to keep your data for more than 3 years , even if you do not object to its processing and/or do not plan to withdraw your consent.

The length of the storage period may be changed by the Infopulse Group if you are still interested in our services and want to keep in touch with us, i.e., until the termination of the business relationship.

Your rights

Privacy legislation provides you with a wide range of rights to your personal data control.

First of all, you have the right to be informed about all details of your data processing and we provide you with the general information here. But if you would like to know more, please don’t hesitate to send a request for information to privacy@infopulse.com.

Also, you have the right to object to the processing of your data. In our case, it means the same as to object to receiving our messages and communications. You can unsubscribe from this information service or request our company to delete your data from our mailing lists. After that, you will receive no further correspondence from us unless you contact us again or participate in an event that we organize or of which we are a partner.

Moreover, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing if you already gave it. If you choose to withdraw your consent to personal data processing, you can do this at any time by emailing privacy@infopulse.com about your intention. In such a case, your personal data will be deleted and put on our suspension list to avoid disturbing you in the future.

You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, and delete it from our systems. You may also exercise your right to restrict the processing if you deem your personal data is inaccurate or cannot be processed on the ground of the legitimate interest stated above if you think that the processing is performed illegally, or if the data is needed to be kept for a legal claim.

You can request us to exercise your right to data portability for data you provided upon your consent and to receive your data at the address you state, after additional positive identification.

You have the right to file a complaint regarding concerns about how your personal data is being processed with the respective Data Protection Authorities.

Other details of processing

The data you provide us is voluntary. Failing to provide this personal data means that we cannot provide you with the requested information.

The processing does not involve automated decision-making.

Your information is protected by an information security system implemented according to ISO 27001.
