We seek a seasoned SAP Project Manager to join our Project Management Office. In this role, you will drive complex, full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, including engagements with fixed budgets and defined delivery scopes. Areas of Responsibility

• Oversee end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects—from initial planning, requirements gathering, and blueprinting through implementation, testing, training, go-live, and post-deployment support—ensuring every phase meets quality, scope, timeline, and budget targets
• Demonstrate expertise in planning and executing fixed-budget initiatives, closely monitoring financial performance, managing resource allocation, and adjusting strategies to maintain profitability and client satisfaction
• Define optimal delivery models (on-site, remote, or hybrid) and align standardized services to project goals, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to clarify requirements, set realistic expectations, and provide transparent updates on progress, risks, and milestones
• Identify potential risks early and implement robust mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, methodologies, compliance standards, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle
• Build, mentor, and inspire diverse, cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment and encouraging professional growth and continuous improvement
• Proactively review project approaches, identify areas for optimization, adopt new tools and methodologies, and refine processes to enhance project execution and delivery efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; SAP certifications or relevant courses are highly desirable
• 3-5 years of experience managing full-cycle SAP implementation projects, demonstrating proficiency in project planning, budgeting, execution, and closure. Proven ability to run projects with fixed budgets and defined scopes is essential
• Strong understanding of SAP solutions, particularly SAP S/4HANA, and a solid grasp of consulting frameworks, best practices, and PM methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile)
• Skilled in using SAP project management tools and formal PM techniques to drive structured, predictable outcomes
• Demonstrated success in assembling and managing high-performing teams. Adept at resource planning, conflict resolution, scope management, and guiding teams toward shared objectives
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Fluency in Business English and Ukrainian (written and spoken) is required
• Experience working in multinational, FMCG, or retail companies, as well as prior involvement in international SAP implementation projects, will be an advantage
