Infopulse (part of Tietoevry) is looking for an experienced and motivated Telecom Delivery & Support Engineer to join our team to support a leading telecommunications client. This client provides advanced Roaming and Interconnect solutions for operators globally and constantly evolves its products with cutting-edge technologies, such as VoLTE, 5G, IoT, BCE, Cloud Numbers, and A2P Messaging. Areas of Responsibility

Delivery: Install, integrate, and configure customized telecommunications solutions

Develop processes and procedures for implementing custom system applications

Construct and execute testing plans to ensure quality

Analyze system operations in relation to client requirements, identify inconsistencies, and propose/implement optimal solutions

Create detailed feature request documents for functional enhancements or customizations

Perform troubleshooting and debugging, working with QA and R&D to address system issues and follow up on bugs

Conduct customized training sessions and performance optimizations for customers

Support customers by handling Tier 3+ tickets through the ticketing system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science

2+ years of experience in a technical support role with a focus on analytical skills and customer engagement.

3+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry

Proficiency in Linux and Windows OS

Linux shell scripting knowledge

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively and work well in a team

Willingness to travel internationally

Client-facing experience

Proficiency in English
Will be an advantage
- Knowledge of GSM (MAP Signaling), CAMEL, ISUP, Sigtran, SIP, SS7 protocols
- Fluency in Spanish
- Experience with Oracle databases
- Familiarity with Diameter protocols (Gx, Gy)
