Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Apps Consultant (m/f/d/v)

Infopulse, part of Tietoevry Create, welcomes talented professionals to join our team as a Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Apps Consultant for a remote cooperation.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Design solutions based on initial customer requirements

  • Execute fundamental business analysis tasks

  • Prepare PoC (by yourself or with a small team) within Power Apps/Dynamics 365

  • Prepare Project WBS, estimations, and licensing calculations

  • Manage engagement delivery

  • Prepare and conduct solution presentations

  • Participate in a new product development

  • Assist in a new delivery launch (engagement in delivery transition, team acquisition)

  • Execute new technologies training

Qualifications

  • Expertise in building applications based on Power Apps (Model-driven, Canvas, Power Automate) and Power Pages

  • Good knowledge of at least one of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Insights/Customer Service OOB solutions

  • Good knowledge of SharePoint Online/On-Premises (customization, security, apps)

  • Good knowledge of Azure Integration, online and on-premise services integration scenarios

  • Good knowledge of application lifecycle management concepts, expertise in Azure DevOps project management tools

  • Good knowledge of M365, Power Apps, and Dynamics product families licensing

  • Solid business analysis skills, ability to prepare BA documents

  • Good knowledge of business modeling (BPMN) and system modeling (UML)

  • English language proficiency at an Upper Intermediate level or higher

Will be an advantage

  • Valid Microsoft certificates in development/customization/solution design

  • Good knowledge of core back-end development tools and language capabilities (C#, SOA, Messaging, Azure Functions)

  • Good knowledge of modern front-end development tools and frameworks (JS, TS with React/Redux)

  • Building mobile apps with 3rd party tools (Resco Mobile)

  • Experience with contact centers/CTI

  • Knowledge of F&O (Axapta) / BC (Navision)

  • Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps tools

  • Experience with multiple engagement projects

  • Experience with delivery assistance (1-2 projects)
