Sales Manager (Poland) (m/f/d)

Infopulse, Part of TietoEvry Create, is inviting a talented professional to join our company as a Sales Manager in our Warsaw office or remotely in Poland.

You will cooperate with an exciting company that is now scaling the business in response to notable market growth to help address the need for operational management of multi-technology, multi-vendor offering across Poland as well as Central and Eastern Europe. The role will involve driving business development and sales across the particular region with significant time spent with partners and customers targeting multi-domain accounts. Reporting to the Head of Eastern Europe market, this position is very important to international growth plans of the company.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Utilise knowledge of the digital engineering market including trends, major players, and competitive dynamics to create strategic plans for entering the market and maximizing opportunities
  • Lead efforts to generate new business, meeting revenue targets in the specific region. This includes identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building relationships with existing and potential clients, and expanding the company’s presence on the market. The role involves actively selling Infopulse services to customers and partners (meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, closing deals)
  • Monitor current and emerging trends in the industry, analyze how these trends impact clients' business strategies and initiatives. Identify new business opportunities and potential areas for expansions
  • Develop account plans and implement strategies to target and win new business. Collaborate with Presale and Delivery teams to orchestrate efforts and deliver tailored solutions that meet clients’ needs
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights. Ensure effective management and reporting of sales activities within CRM system
  • Lead to the development of compelling proposals and offerings tailored to the needs of customers

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of sales experience showing clear career progression. Proven history of growing customers relationships within the industry
  • Demonstrable and successful track record of commercial leadership in a pioneering/innovative environment, ideally with digital engineering / software development related services and solutions
  • Practical experience in value-based selling and negotiations towards international B2B clients
  • Clear evidence of value proposition development and sales success through personal and team effort
  • Ability to document excellent sales results from new business development and associated partners
  • Ability to be extremely target-oriented and independent, but knowing when to ask for assistance
  • Up-to-date and tangible knowledge and cross-domain experience in Manufacturing, FinTech, Telco, and Energy & Utilities sectors
  • A consistent track record of achieving sales objectives, demonstrated planning and forecasting skills
  • Demonstrated business creativity and ability to implement new business models
  • Professional experience of sales methodologies, such as Solution Selling for Pfeiffer and Miller Heiman with CRM application administration
  • Multi-country sales experience with focus on Central and Eastern Europe regions
  • Knowledge of software engineering, cloud, data and enterprise applications services and related technologies
  • Experience in Enterprise solutions sales (Microsoft, SAP, Oracle or ServiceNow) is an advantage

Personal skills

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand complex commercial business models
  • Ability to instill trust and credibility at C-level and manage long sales cycles maintaining momentum and interest internally and externally with partners and clients
  • Demonstrated ability to qualify ‘early and often’ to ensure effective utilization of resources
  • Being comfortable to close ‘early and often’ to shorten sales cycles is a must
  • Ability to promote innovative services/products on trade forums
  • Sophisticated communication and negotiation skills in introducing new business concepts to major organizations internationally
  • ‘Can-do’ self-starter mindset with consultative and solution-oriented style
  • Ability to build sustained customer relationships based on trust and delivery of commitments
  • Understanding of early-stage companies and being flexible to change as they learn
  • Ability to promote and sell innovative services/products as they are being developed
  • Ability to contribute constructively to company planning and prioritization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels and commands, showing respect internally and externally
  • Excellent organizer and planner with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Polish, knowledge of other Central European languages will be an advantage
  • Possibility to go on frequent business trips
