Your personal data has been collected by the Talent Acquisition team of Infopulse Group of companies (hereinafter Infopulse Group), which has offices in many countries of EU/EEA and outside. You will be informed about the hiring entity additionally while participating in the recruitment process.
The Data Controller of your data is Infopulse Poland sp. z o.o. with the main address Al. Marsz. Józefa Piłsudskiego 24, 90-051 Lodz, Poland.
It is the main contact entity for any questions, claims, and requests related to your personal data.

Purpose and legal basis of processing
The purpose of processing your data is to consider your candidacy for open positions in entities of the Infopulse Group and its affiliates.
The legal basis for the processing of your data is the legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6 (1) (f)) and the intention to take action before concluding an employment / B2B contract with you (GDPR Art. 6 (1) (b))
We will collect only that data that is necessary for the recruitment process and only with your consent.
Please be noted, that providing us with your data and resume details is an absolutely voluntary decision, but we will not be able to consider your candidacy without the data required for the recruitment process.
If during the recruitment process, on your own initiative, you provide us with any additional or sensitive personal data, we will consider this as performed upon your voluntary consent pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) or Article 9 (2) (a) of the GDPR, until it is withdrawn (you can do it at any time sending a request to TAPrivacy@infopulse.com) or the recruitment process is completed.
Infopulse Group is constantly looking for talents in IT industry, thus your data may be processed for several recruitment processes unless you have chosen “one specified vacancy” option on the application form.
Methods
We process your personal data in terms of experience, professional qualifications, and place of residence (country) to offer you the best-tailored opportunity that corresponds to your competencies and expectations.
When making decisions about selecting a candidate, we do not use automated processing systems that make decisions without human intervention. Each candidate is considered individually by us.
Retention period
Your personal data will be retained in accordance with the laws of the country of the Infopulse entity to which you submit the application. If the law does not directly determine a storage period for the personal data of candidates, we inform you that your data will be retained in a safe mode for 12 months after completing the recruitment procedure. The duration of the retention period may be changed by Infopulse Group about which you will be informed at your contact details, or we ask you to consent to a longer period of storage of your personal data.
Right to object to the processing of your data
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of all or parts of your personal data, specifying the objection reason based upon your particular situation.
Your request will be processed without undue delay and all the reasons will be considered. You will be informed about the results in no longer than one month after receiving your request.
Right to control the processing of your data
You have the right to request access to your personal data processing information and to obtain a copy of your personal data.
You have the right to request that your personal data be rectified or erased, and to request that processing of your personal data be restricted (for example, from multi-vacancies to a specified vacancy only).
You also have the right to data portability.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data controller (privacy@infopulse.com) and the EU Data Protection Supervisory Authority.
Request to execute your rights
To execute your rights, you are welcome to send us an appropriate request to TAPrivacy@infopulse.com.
In order to protect your data from unauthorized access or change, the data controller must identify you as the owner of personal data, requested by you. Therefore, you may be asked to provide additional information necessary to confirm your identity. In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, the period allowed to answer your request is one month. If necessary, this period may be extended by another two months due to the complexity of the request or a large number of requests. In this case, we will inform you about such prolongation.
Please be informed you have the right to report any other concerns anonymously, via dedicated Whistleblowing channel (on Tietoevry’s website).
Data sharing and disclosure
Sharing data with Infopulse customers
During the first interview with a recruiter, you may be asked to consent to the disclosure of your data to representatives of clients involved in the recruitment for a specific project, because some of our clients require additional verification of your professional experience and employment history.
Sharing data with Infopulse affiliates
Your data will be accessed by the Talent Acquisition teams of the following Infopulse affiliates:
- Infopulse Ukraine, Ukraine
- Infopulse Bulgaria, Bulgaria
- Infopulse Europe GmbH, Germany
- Infopulse Brazil, Brazil
Since Infopulse belongs to TietoEVRY Oyj (Finland), your data might be shared with the mother company or its affiliates in case they have suitable vacancies.
All data sharing is executed following the Intragroup Data Processor Agreement, Code of Conduct, and additional safeguards established in the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by Commission Decision 2021/914 (SCC) as it is required by the General data protection regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Sharing data with the Infopulse suppliers
Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America, and engaged by the Infopulse group to automate and secure the recruitment process. Your data will be stored in the Greenhouse Cloud application and will not be processed by Greenhouse for its own purposes. Accordingly, if you are located outside of the United States, your personal data will be transferred to the United States. The transfer is the subject to appropriate additional safeguards under the SCC (EU Commission Decision 2021/914) as required by the General data protection regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
