Highlights from “Microsoft Cloud & AI in Action” Business Breakfast 2024
On February 20, 2024, Infopulse and Microsoft co-organized a business breakfast on Cloud & AI. The event, held at Microsoft’s office in Sofia, Bulgaria, brought together C-suite executives and decision-makers to explore the transformative potential of cloud-based AI solutions and see them in action through real-life cross-industry cases.
This business breakfast showcased how the synergy of Cloud & AI can revolutionize various industry sectors, including Finance, Manufacturing, Agriculture, and Pharma.
The keynote speech from Microsoft emphasized harnessing the latest AI technologies and optimizing implementation costs through rapid integration solutions:
- Alex Yochev, Application Innovation Lead at Microsoft CEE and MEA, uncovered the principles of responsible AI, focusing on ensuring security and privacy in AI applications. He also presented a detailed review of Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, Azure OpenAI Service, and other rapid integration tools to build custom Copilots. One of his key speech points was accurate TCO calculation to understand the true cost of AI-driven transformations.
Infopulse speakers shared practical experience in implementing Cloud-based AI tools for business intelligence and automation for various industries. Our goal was to show the power of AI innovations through real-life examples:
- Anton Volik, Country Manager at Infopulse Bulgaria, talked about Infopulse’s client-oriented approach to creating and delivering smart solutions, available opportunities for cost-efficient business transformation, and the company’s certified expertise in Microsoft AI products.
- Maxym Prostakov, Infopulse Sales Manager, presented real-life cases to demonstrate business value from implementing Cloud AI tools like data analytics chatbot, anomaly detection with 93% failure reduction, a sales forecasting solution with up to 90% accuracy, and others.
The guests at the event gained valuable insights into the integration of AI tools and took an active part in discussions focused on optimizing the cost of innovations, addressing potential pitfalls during the implementation, and the advantages of cloud-based infrastructure over on-premises. Over 30 representatives of Bulgarian-based and international companies joined the business breakfast.
