Middle QA Engineer with SQL knowledge (m/f/d)

Infopulse, Part of TietoEvry Create, is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Middle QA Engineer with SQL knowledge. Our customer is one of the Big Four companies providing audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services.

Areas of Responsibility

• Manual testing of web applications
• Creating test documentation, such as test cases, test plans, test reports, release notes
• Analyzing and clarifying requirements
• Analyzing and communicating on production support issues
• Collaborating in a fast-paced, continual learning environment which requires the ability to quickly adapt and learn new things to solve business issues

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer
• Good knowledge of standard software testing technologies, procedures, and quality assurance methodologies
• Experience in documenting test execution results, preparing test reports, gathering test metrics for reporting
• Knowledge of and ability to follow Agile software development principles
• Ability to understand and write SQL queries (MS SQL) - absence of this skill is a showstopper
• Experience in data testing (or a strong desire to grow in this direction backed up by SQL knowledge)
• Experience in web-based application testing
• At least intermediate level of written and spoken English
